Cancellation Policy
San Antonio Aquarium requires a 12-month commitment for all memberships. Early cancellation will require the balance of the Membership to be paid in full. Once the 12-month commitment has been fulfilled, members can request a cancellation in person at the aquarium with a 30 days notice at any point following the first year. Cancellations can be only be made in person at the aquarium.
Limitation of Liability
store.sanantonioaquarium.net shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if store.sanantonioaquarium.net has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
